Why dont you just try to get your freeT into the midrange/high normal levels of men your age. If you dont improve then there is a high likelyhood that your low T is not the root cuase of your problems.
With SHBG levels of 15 you need to get to rougly 500 TT to achive a freeT of 15. This would bring to the 20% of men age 20 to 25. To get to 500 you would only need a total weekly dose of around 70, maybe split up into 2 or 3 injections.
Wait for the results of the blood draw and act according to T and E2 levels.
