TRT Needed for Career

So this is a weird topic but something I truly want help with. I’m a 26 year old police officer in a city where the streets are pretty violent and gangs are prevalent.

I’m 6’03" 205lbs. BF% sitting around 10-12%.

I grew up an athlete and want to maintain being fast, strong, and big. Yet like everyone I want to be bigger faster and stronger.

Here is my dilemma. I can train everything and become tactically sound. I train hard and eat right but some times you get stuck on an 8 hour call where you can’t eat or you work a 16 hour shift and have to sleep the next 6 hours before working again and don’t have time to lift that day.

I miss meals and miss workouts no matter if I meal prep or have two gym memberships.

I’ve read and spoke to people that testosterone would benefit me from losing weight during these times as i have already lost 16lbs in the past 3 months and it would also help me be more of an athlete to better protect my self on the streets.

I went and tried to get on TRT but the doc said my levels were toohigh.

Is there a way I can get onto TRT or adjust my levels for the test so I can better myself and better protect myself and others?

Or is there something else someone can recommend. I have weight gainer, bcaa’s, and have tried multiple things. This is not my first option.

You don’t want TRT, you want to take steroids. And now you as a police officer are asking how you can falsify your medical results so that you can get your health insurance to pay for it, so you can be leaner, stronger and faster to go out and fight the war on drugs…
