TRT & HCG Advice Needed

Can I get member advice on my latest lab work? Here is a summary of my regime and attached labs.

  1. Male 63 years

  2. 79 kg

  3. 12.5% body fat (via OMRON scale)

  4. 5’ 7”

  5. Resistance training 4x per week

  6. Recovering from knee surgery (Feb 8, 2021) just given the okay to start running again

  7. Cardiovascular (pre-surgery Feb 8, 2021) 2x per week (Assault Bike HIIT), now walking only

  8. Office desk work (deliberate standing for an average of 2-hours out of 8)

  9. Intermittent fasting (18-20 hours) 4-days per week

  10. Extended fasting (36 hours) 1-day per week (in spite of bad food choices)

  11. Just starting to rid a sweets-junk food bad habit of potato chip + ice cream + cookies. I went dietary rogue when I was laid up on crutches, for several months. I plan to dial in my nutrition now that I can get back to the gym.

Supplement & Hormone Protocol

  • 45 insulin units of Testosterone Enanthate (Test E300) 2x per week on Tuesday & Thursday
  • Vitamin D3
  • Vitamin B12
  • Fish oil tablets (1000 milligrams)
  • Zinc Picolinate (with vitamin c)
  • Magnesium L-Aspartate








What’s the principle complaint? You’re taking a high dose but SHBG is also kinda high. Lipids? CBC? BP?

No complaint. I was wondering if I’m on the right track. Or if I needed to tweak dosages, take something to reduce Estradiol or SHBG, etc.

I’ll have to grab those blood tests.

You mentioned I’m “taking a high dose”. What would be your insight as to dosage? I am more concerned with replacement vs enhancement. I’ll drop the dosage if that’s better.
