TRT for 9 Months! Anastrozole Question

I have been on TRT for 9 months. Roughly 2 months ago my doctor took me off anastrozole as my estradiol levels had been undetectable for many months at that point. From months 2-7 I have never felt better. No depression, increased energy, no naps, fat loss, increased muscle mass. Pretty much amazing. Minus a little hair loss everything was great.
Fast forward to a month ago (a month off anastrozole) I started getting acne, like crazy on my shoulders and arms. Hadn’t had any before. Then I started to lose my energy levels. Back to wanting to take naps. Now I am getting emotional and angry at everything and have noticed my nipples look a little more “cone” like than before and I think a little “itchy.”

Should I get back on anastrozole immediately? Or drop from 200mg to 150mg test? Or are there any other options!??

5 mg daily Cialis is recommended.

Testosterone:estradiol ratio changes associated with long-term tadalafil administration: a pilot study - PubMed

Conclusions: Sustained improvement in sexual function after 12 months of tadalafil administration is associated with increased T:E ratio mainly related to reduction of E levels. We hypothesize that androgen-estrogen cross-talk and possible inhibition of aromatase activity during chronic exposure to tadalafil might have a role in the regulation of erectile function.

You never mentioned how much anastrozole you were taking.

What are your Total T and Free T levels on your current protocol?

Also, when are you drawing labs in relation to your injections?
