Does anybody in AZ have a good TRT doctor that they would recommend? Been with my urologist for 14 years and now he’s retiring. I don’t want any clinics that don’t use insurance and that don’t let you inject at home, seeing as I have to inject daily. Any help is appreciated!
i looked for one in the greater phoenix area - and all the TRT clinics are super expensive. ended up going with defy medical. i found 1 cheap, but idiots do require you come in person for weekly shots
Good luck. That’s a diamond in the rough if you find an insurance taking doc that knows TRT. I second Defy for cash pay.

That’s what it’s looking like here. My Uro was great for 14 years, very knowledgeable. I’m actually trying to follow his PA that’s been helping me the last 5 years (because Uro is so busy). She went to Mayo Clinic Urology and apparently you have to be a magician to get in there.
defy will cost around 1600usd/year total.
TBH i did consider going the pure UGL route. this would lower it to 100usd/year total.
i reached a point in my TRT where i know exactly what is going on (mostly rising hematocrit/red blood count). i can get blood work done for ‘free’ via my general doc which is onemedical/amazon, great docs, but they will NOT do TRT (like most general/insurance type docs). will see…with current inflation has no end in sight, swapping to UGL might be where i have to cut sometime in the future
