Update… stayed on every day for a few weeks then took a test
have now moved to e3d to see how that goes, also lowered the dosage to 140 per week to see if that makes a diff. Daily seems to be the same as e3d subq with a bit of a peek on day 2 but not too bad
In general though the results of TRT so far on the
positive side:
putting on loads of muscle, so much so that it’s making ppl suspicious & getting comments. I’m not a body builder by any means, don’t even go to gym but I’m pretty active, live on an island and am always lugging stuff back and forth rowing to the mainland daily etc. wondered why I was never built more than I was may have been the 300 level T that I had.
-Libido is certainly up… in fact so much that it can be a bit too distracting at times. chasing tail instead of working…
-More calm consistent energy, and better moods in general (when I get the E2 right)
On the negative:
-Snoring a bit more… don’t know if this this is related
-Muscles are sore a lot (the good sore like couple days after working out), I guess as they are growing…
-very minor acne
-e2… getting this right is a bit of a balancing act…
Finally got some of the test results back, still waiting on DHT. I was on 200 test cyp weekly taken Subq daily and 1mg per week anastrazol split to daily dose and HCG 200 twice a week. (test was just before next HGC shot)
Test seems fine, could even go higher than 200 per week to 250 and be in the normal range.
So to KSMan who said â??Your T dose still seems stupidâ?? it seems you donâ??t know what youâ??re talking about. And you write the stickies?! Scaryâ?¦.
E2 looks low, going to half Anastrazol from 1mg per week to 0.5 a week and test again in a month.
TT is kinda low for that dose. I’m curious whether the hCG is having any affect on the testes. Could be due to primary hgdsm. Did you have LH/FSH tested pre-TRT?
That’s pretty odd. Where are you injecting? You might try a different location or IM for awhile and retest. I’ve seem some reports of people not responding as well to SubQ.
Sorry, I know everyone is steering away from this but…
Look bob. When you help as many guys out with serious health problems as KSman has, feel free to talk shit. Until then stop insulting the guy that dedicates his wisdom and time to improving the health of perfect strangers like you.
Calling your dose stupid really hurt your feelings? That’s stupid…
sweet-t, arrogance is dangerous, especially when you are in an advisory position… I’m glad he’s trying to help ppl, or build traffic on a forum, if he’s helping ppl make medical decisions he should certainly do his homework or at least be open to constantly learning, rather than making sweeping statements.
I’ve read from other sources that some need higher doses than others, we are all genetically different, some are ok on 100,150,200 and event 250. and I’m certainly don’t proclaim to be an expert or to give advice.

all that said, I’m confused by the test results and will go for another round of testing next month.
200mg IM weekly and I score in the 600’s TT end of week
200mg Subq weekly, dosed daily and it’s in the 500’s?! Figured this would be 800+
Maybe I metabolize test fast? or it takes longer to build up stuck in the fat for very slow release? I certainly feel the positive effects (and mild sides) even with the 500 TT number
Similar oddities with E2 I dialed my AI back after the test said it was a bit low and a few days later I blow up with water retention. upped the AI again and it went away. Looks like it’s quite a sensitive dose. prob have to go from 1mg pw to around 0.75 rather than 0.5
Subq has been done in the love handles mostly and sometimes and around belly button
Unfortunately I didn’t go for full hormone tests before starting.
Thinking about all this, and reviewing my logs, I have a theory here, just a theoryâ?¦
Subq testosterone stays in the fat and leaches out MUCH slower than IM. (maybe thatâ??s why some say less AI is needed, cause no spikes?)
My tests where done 11 days after switching from weekly IM to daily subq and I noticed a crash after switching (signs of gyno) but then it stabilized again â?¦ and actually started to retain water about a week and a half after the test so it may be the T ramping up and converting more to E2
So the timeline would be switched to subq, TT levels went down for a week or so then started moving up back to peak over a couple weeks.
This theory would explain both the 500 TT number with a higher dose and the E2 spike later on.
I suspect if I tested not I would probably be in the 800+ or at the very least higher than 500?
11 days was probably too soon to test a new protocol. Best to stick to the same protocol and retest, although injecting every day is probably a waste of time and syringes with Cyp. A MWF schedule is probably just as good.
