First time posting, so please forgive me if I’m not posting in the correct category.
I’m curious if anyone here has any experience with being on TRT and Zoloft (sertraline)? I’ve been on TRT for 6 months at 175mg a week, and .5mg of Anastrozole per week. Also take 5mg of Cialis daily for better pumps in the gym. While my depression symptoms and energy have improved a good bit since starting treatment, I still deal with some premature ejaculation issues in the bedroom and I’m wondering if Zoloft is a good solution for this issue. I’m not to the point of busting within 30 seconds or anything, but it’d be nice to last a little longer than 5 minutes after penetration begins..
I have had experience with both. It makes no difference if you are on TRT or not.
For me Zoloft def decreased my ability to ejaculate to the point where I would lose penile sensitivity and in turn erection. I would personally choose fast ejaculation over that situation any day.
Did you ever try using Cialis with the Zoloft to see if that helped you maintain? I already take 5mg of it daily, and it definitely helps with blood flow.
Glad to hear that it did help with the delayed ejaculation tho.
I’ve used cialis but it actually causes issues with my sinuses so I stopped.
I didn’t/don’t have issues getting erections but erection quality and penile sensitivity are my issue. Cialis did not change this. I was actually taking the cialis for mild blood pressure control and for the gym.
