Underdosed stuff? Sure, anything goes with UGL. Primo is really low mg test prop, Anavar is really dbol, 400mg/mL is really 200mg. Just never know. The labs can’t make stuff that is total shit or no one would buy from them again. But sometimes it happens. You’ll probably notice a difference once you start using the real thing
Inconsistency is common. Some labs make it overdosed, some under, some have a big swing from one to the other batch to batch. Some middlemen could actually be diluting it to stretch how many bottle they have to sell.

What’s funny and confuses me is that when I was doing 200MG twice per week I was having itchy nipples and puffyness in the nipples which tells me the estrogen was high.
But since Ive cut my doseage in half, Ive noticed those issues have gone away but my labs show my Testosterone is 572 which seems pretty low to me.
I think you can test it, if you find a kit online
400mg per week is a very high dose for TRT. Did you have any labs at those numbers? As other have suggested sounds like it might not be legit. Agree with the previous comments. Go with 200mg per week with pharmacy grade for 6-8 weeks and redo labs. If you’re going through a doc why did you get UGL stuff?
I was working with a trainer who got me started. I loved the way it made me feel but now i’m having a few issues so i’m seeing a TRT friendly doc.
I was on 400MG per week for 9 months but I switched 6 weeks ago to 200mg per week.

200mg of UGL gear that sounds like it was under dosed. Go with 200 pharmacy grade for 6-8 weeks and retest.

I do not. It is such a weak estrogen that it does not matter. If it does anything, it is from acting as a prohormone and converting to estradiol, which is significantly more potent than estrone. Estradiol is what you would want to evaluate.
I do not check estrone and I do not know of anyone else who does. I do not recall it ever being discussed in any CME conference I’ve attended either. I could be wrong, have to look over some notes.

What symptoms of high estrogen You have?
If I have strogen peak I can cry together with my wife, when she’s before period 
I added very low amount of anastrazole (even 0,5 crush my E2 to 0)
It’s about 0,2mg together with injection, now waiting for it’s effect on mood. I will test in next few weeks too
