Hi everyone I have been on TRT (test cream) for almost 6 months now… I started off 2 months ago eating 5mg daily Cialis for about a month… Then I went down to 2.5 mg daily… Then I went and started splitting the 2.5 mg daily and eating the 1mg daily… Each time I go down I am able to have sex successfully the lower I go on the daily dose…
Currently in the last week I have been taking a 1mg and splitting it 4 times and eating 1/4th of the 1mg daily… Its actually .25mg daily… Its basically a sliver of a 1mg… My question is from guys that have been on TRT for longer than me… Does this mean I am healing being that I have been able to perform the lower I go …
I have went from 5 mg daily to .25 daily in 3 months… I just want some opinions on this??? I believe that soon I will not even need the .25 daily… Oh ne more thing I have nocturnals and morning wood every night on .25mg daily…Any insight on what is going on please help???
If your T was low that was probably the issue. I had the same problem and T replacement took care of it. Now I just have to manage my E2 for strong erections. If its too high or too low my erections will be poor. I seem to be very sensitive to AI’s so its a bit of a guessing game for me. I’ve been experimenting with different doses and brands of AI and/or skipping doses every now and then to see how it affects me. I imagine you could get off the cialis and be ok.
Have you had TT, FT, E2 tested since you started. I would get those tests and if everything is good, you should be fine.

Yes my TT is 905… My bioavailable t is 510… and my free t is 39… all of these are ng/dl… I am waiting to get my E2 checked… do those numbers look good
Some guys can get by on less Cialis than others, and some guys don’t need it at all once they get their T and E levels dialed in. I usually only take the stuff now when I’m going on vacation with the wife, and know I’ll need to be a beast for 7-10 days, etc… With regular old TRT + AI, I seem to be able to maintain sexual performance (i.e. everything works, although somethings the erections aren’t spontaneous – but once stimulated, I’m usually good) – and I think that is pretty normal for guys on TRT.

[/quote]So its normal for guys that have been on TRT for months to not have frequent spontaneous erections meaning that when ure on TRT u still have them but they are rare???
I haven’t had a walking erection in 15 years. I think what he means by spontaneous is that you get hard without a lot of effort. It will just pop up when you get excited.

Yes I have a lot of those I can barely be thinking about sex and with no manual stimulation it will get hard… I take .25 daily Cialis… a 1/4th of a 1 mg… I can have sex in all postions if I take a 1mg and if I eat a .25 mg I can do it doggiestyle no problem… So basically 1mg and under and im good…Thank God that is all I need at the moment… I hope it gets better.
