TRT and 1mg Daily Cialis

It’s absolutely a Veinous leak, the only question is the cause and how you treat it. Normal guys don’t lose their wood that fast. Some walk around hard for up to 5 or 10 minutes without manual stimulation, I long to be one of those guys! :)[/quote]
Ok so if this is a venous leak then TRT over time should fix it correct?? I have only been on TRT for 5 months… Should i give it more time?? Say around 12 months and if this is still happening then get an ultrasound?? How many months does it take to repair it??

Dude – I’d say if you were dialed in at proper levels 5 months would be enough time to fix it. I’d talk to your urologist / andrologist and see if he wants to check it for a physical issue. I can tell you that until my E2 was in a very small range for 3 months, I had this problem though – so you could be more sensitive to E2 than you know… Hard to say!

I should follow up and tell you also that I was never able to cure mine 100% either. I’m at the point now where I came maintain a full erection for maybe 30-60 seconds without stimulation, and a semi for a bit longer than that. I’ve had briefs periods where it’s been cured for a week or two at a time to the point where I could maintain for 3-4 minutes at a time, but those have been fleeting. I also notice that (Not to be too descriptive), but my wife’s vagina can squeeze the blood out of my penis when I’m going through a bad stretch. The veinous leek just doesn’t impact the ability to maintain an erection, but it impacts the ability of the penis to seal off the blood so you keep your erection – and sometimes if someone tightens down on you with a hand, or whatever – the blood can be pushed out of the penis, and you’ve got to start over from scratch.

Try a physical therapist that deals specifically with pelvic floor issues. It makes big difference.

They’d tell you to do male kegel excercises right? That’s what Dr. Jeff Life recommends in his book in addition to TRT, diet, etc…
