TRT 3 Month Bloods? Test E 105mg per Week

Hi , 12weeks in on 100mg a week of test e i was feeling great energy libido etc but since about 2 weeks ago I’ve been feeling fatigued again. I’m gutted as I was feeling the best I’ve felt since my teenage years !
My protocol is 0.12ml every other day shallow IM in delts.

Just had my 3 months bloods done hopefully someone can help my figure why I’m not feeling as good as before …
