Trouble Breathing While Running

I run a lot now for cardio, but have been at that point in the past - and would guess it is a general conditioning issue. However, rather than sticking to a slow comfortable pace in every session I’d mix it up. Some all out short distance, with longer slower paced runs. I do use the treadmills - because I find the cushioning means I can do cardio more frequently, but I would agree that using the treadmill won’t do anything to correct any postural imbalances etc and would say that running outside is generally better for you… but somethings better than nothing and it sounds like you need to do whatever you can to build up that cardio base fitness

try holding your breath while you run. that seems to work pretty well for me
