Tri tren and test cycle in first in 20years

Hey lads

Just a bit of advice iam 38 90kg 187cm. Haven’t trained in a long time but I’ve got back into it the last month and cleaned up my diet. I’ve started running tri tren 150 as a few mates are on it alone and getting great results. I’ve pinned 150mg up to now first week and feeling outstanding. My plan is 75mg pinned every 3rd day. Is this enough alone for good results? On the 3rd week iam thinking to getting sus 250 and pinning 125mg twice per week along with the tren

What is you thoughts on this guys. I don’t want get massive i just want back in shape. Training 5 days per week. All advise will be a great help lads..

You need more time under the bar. And.. What, exactly, have you’ve eaten the past three days? Not just a list of foods but weights and macros.

You would get good results from proper training and nutrition alone after a long hiatus. Is it a good plan … no. Will it work while you’re on… yes. I’d bet my house youll be back to square one a few months after you stop.

You’ve already started. A little late far advice now.
But here you go. You just got back into training. You should not be using drugs, especially not Tren.
