I would try to explain to your doctor that you want to try a PCT. Explain the protocol to him like he is 5, and let him know the labs you need to get to understand if you are back to normal.
If you can’t get back to normal explain to him why 100 mg of Test C every two weeks is not going to cut it (because the half life issue). Also, explain to him that splitting the dose is not going to work, because 50 mg a week is to low for most men.

If the sex drive is directly related to the protocol I would think you would notice a difference in the first couple weeks as your levels become more stable.
