Tren and Depression

I think you’re enabling your balls by adding 150mgs a week. They should just man up, you don’t need test, that’s for quitters right? Your logic is lost by your existence on this forum.

It’s funny you assume you know who any of us are.

I am the child of two divorced US Marines (split when I was 1) so I was raised in a broken family by my father. If people raised by the mother alone are too soft and weak from not having a father figure, then the exact opposite is true of being raised by a man and having no mother.

I have fought in war as a US Marine and have seen people killed in front of me, and have had buddies lose their lives due to drugs, alcohol, and addiction tied to PTSD.

Is the USA often times too weak when it comes to certain things? Absolutely, but don’t sit here, even for one second, and pretend to know who any of us are or what we stand for simply because we take mental health seriously. It is a very real issue, and from the looks of your replies and posts, you could work on your own.

nice stories … weak weak weak minded humans !!! You want to see strong, watch an episode of E 60 on ESPN of a actual physical disability or physical disease where a 8 year old boy with no arms is still smiling fishing or a 10 year old girl dying of cancer still wants to play sports and laughs and smiles daily. You can take your mental weak minded baby illness and go cry to someone else !!! Tren and depression …more like baby and blame tren,.

So watching the happy side highlights on TV means you know shit about the struggles of those kids. Just make sure when that 10 year old girl is in the hospital getting chemotherapy and feeling like shit, you are there to tell her its all in her head. Don’t use other people’s stories on TV to validate your own beliefs. Reference your own struggles to validate, like the others above, or fuck off.

Edit: In hindsight, I should not play into this trolling.

Flawless logic as always.

Try to be of help, at least once. It’s good for you.

I appreciate the sentiment, but my life is what it is. I would never claim to be a victim of circumstance or a victim for any reason and I hate being pitied. My point was simply to say: don’t confuse my understanding of mental health with me being soft or weak. My life was hard growing up, but I’m so much better for it now.

I’ve had more than a few people tell me they cannot understand the level of mental toughness I display. None of this is to brag, I’m just being matter of fact.

My father is like this. He has such a crazy ability to handle stress and pressure. It is not human. Most people would have burned out 20 years ago and he’s still going strong. Not without health problems but at least without mental health problems.

I am pretty sure this is the exact same mechanism as the one that leads to good recovery in the gym. I know guys who can go heavy 6 times a week and I mean relatively heavy and they are strong. They don’t break down, no overtraining, no depression. They progress.
Meanwhile there’s enough guys I know who can’t handle more than 2x per week heavy training. They can do a lot of bodybuilding stuff but not a lot of heavy lifting.
I think these two phenomenons correlate pretty well because both are central nervous system related. I think recovery capacity is highly genetic and I think these are the same pathways that make Someone able to handle a lot of stress or someone else to be prone to depression.
