A ml is a unit of measure for liquid. What’s inside said liquid is the dosage, which you left out of your plan entirely.
By working out 4-5x per week for four weeks do you mean just in the last four weeks or do you mean that you’ve never lifted until four weeks ago?
i never really lifted till 4 weeks ago.
cyp is 300 mg
tren is 100 mg

Well I’ll be straight with you my man, this is all kinds of bad. Without resorting to mocking or name-calling (which is always tempting and sometimes I give in) I’ll explain why you made a huge mistake. Then you can figure out what you want to do with that information.

Thank you for all that, I am at fault for not giving all the facts. I have taken 2 years off from lifting, I have been lifting since High school, but ever took anything in my life. My life has changed, (Divorce) and I wanted/needed help and my “workout partner” seems to everything about everything. I was told about this web site for help, I really do appreciate all your comments (not the troll) HAHA.

If you’re returning to lifting and you’re confident you can get back to form, I would suggest this: if you must run a cycle then just do test only this time around. 500mg/w split into two 250mg doses. Keep it simple, get blood work to monitor your health, and don’t get over your skis.
