Hello I’ve been hearing different things about people’s carb consumption on tren. Heard tren eats through your glycogen in muscle causing you to look somewhat “flat” so people load up on carbs while on tren. Then I hear people limit carbs almost into a keto diet. Can I hear what works for you the best?
Well my first week on Tren I went hypo after dinner last night while mowing the yard. I’ve upped my carbs by 75g
What is your total carbs now? Last time I used it for a cutting cycle I was eating 40g/day on light training and off days but went up to 100-130 on the days I go to the trainer. Seemed to work good most of the time. I would also have a high carb meal on my Sunday off day.
Around 250g
I’m thinking how many carbs you consume during a tren cycle would be based on your goals and what you and your body are willing to tolerate. Are you planning a cycle or just curious?
I’m planning on adding 100-150mg to the last 6 weeks of my cut (in 5 weeks). I got a new supply last week so I’m testing the waters with small doses, see how I feel. So far so good. I’ve kept carbs fairly high so far and lost weight but the last stretch I may cut them more
I go hypo on it so bad I cannot eat less than 4-500g of carbs a day. And by that I mean the hypo happens so frequently despite eating well balanced mix of complex and simple carbs that I have to consume like 60g to get it to stabilize for a few hours more. It’s annoying as hell
