Tren Ace 250, EOD or 2x/Wk?

my boy has brewing our gear for the past 4 years and is always great!! he normally brews tren ace @ 100mg but recently just made it 250mg. my question is should i inject 2 times per week or every other day? any advice would be appreciated THANX GUYS
