Thanks to the great T-Nation staff and all of the subscribers for making this such an awesome website. I’m getting ready to do a transdermal tren + Biotest 4-AD-EC cycle. I was just curious as to what CYP450 enzyme(s) were involved in the metabolism of trenbolone acetate as well as in activating and subsequently metabolizing 4-AD, once activated on first pass.
Also curious, since not an oral and alpha-alkylated, how hard these two are on the liver. I will be doing a single cheat day on Sunday with a large filet and baked potato, and would like to include a couple of glasses of merlot. Any probs with this?
really any issues will be related to tren side effects or skin irritation from the transdermal solution. i think you are probably OCDing (not that there is anything wrong with that, better safe than sorry)
nice thing with the transdermal is the halflife is even shorter than the acetate ester, so if sides show, one can be ‘off’ in a day.
btw what carrier are you using for the transdermal?
Many thanks. Wouldn’t be the first time I’ve been accused of being OCD. Hell, I’ve accused myself of it.
I’m using the standard mortar & pestle for crushing the tabs (5 = 100 mg.), then a few drops of 190 proof ETOH, then between a quarter to half a tsp of Phlogel.
