Should have put this in my original response, but sure. I really don’t think most of us have to stress about adjusting our lifting because we’re losing a little weight until we’re getting to the extreme ends of lean/ apprise deprivation (like the last few weeks before we’re on stage).
That said, I’m the king myself of under doing recovery, so I’m not saying pay no attention. I think it’s just a question of priority. If I eat a little less, my lifting is likely to be less awesome; I don’t have to find the perfect lifting program to accommodate that, though, I just get less sad if I don’t break all of @Andrewgen_Receptors’ lift records every day.
Correct-ish , its supposed to be day on day off if that fits your schedule obviously, so can be 4 sessions in a “week” if monday is an on day. But if you only have 3 set training days then as you wrote it will be bang on.
hey man hope all is well. you suggested this whole body split a few months ago to me and i have been using it for months now and had great success. was able to lean out while still hitting rep and max pr’s. curious are you still running it or have you switched to something else. i may be looking to switch it up withen the next coming weeks. thanks for any info.
yeah that’s what i was thinking of going to next. watched the vid awhile back gonna give it another look over the weekend and start putting something together most likely. thanks for the response.
