I’ve trained twice a day with very good success but it only works if you don’t have to get too mentally reved up like drinking coffee or taking Spike MORE than you otherwise would.
I agree with the above of CWs next frontier…
You drink…you die.
You don’t eat alot…you die…
You don’t sleep alot…you die.
You stick to decipline(sp?)…you win!
So be prepared for it…I have one workout to go on the program…overall…I’m very happy!
I would say go for it…if you can make the time and decipline aspect.
