bench press - 3 x 3 with 340 only got 2 reps on last set
savickas press - worked to 10 rep max at 155
double overhand shrugs - worked up to 315 for 8 reps before grip gave out. trying to improve my grip
cleans - worked up to speed reps with 70 kg in 8 sets
deadstop db extensions - worked up to 10 rep max with 60s
pushdowns - did 1 set of about 50 reps with 40 pounds to pump blood
squat - worked up to one rep at 600 not a pr my personal best is at 630 so kinda dissapointed
squat from racks - worked up to five reps with 315
crunch with barbell - couple sets with empty bar an couple with 90 pounds doin 5 to 10 reps
forgot to do biceps oh well
clean an jerk - worked up to 265 for one rep
3-board press - worked up to 315 for 8
lat pulldown - worked to 300 for 8 reps
rope tricep extensions - just threw weight on for 3 sets of 20 at couple different weights done explosively
