If on testosterone replacement, oestradiol levels usually increase due to
peripheral conversion of testosterone to oestradiol, and levels increase
up to 3x basal level.

His E2 is mental! I have suggested stopping all injections for a week,as well as starting on Armidex at 1mg a day for a week and cutting back to 0.5mg a week after that and retesting in 2 weeks.

He has been taking 250mgs of Enanthate a week,which was double what I was doing,hence his results are double mine!

Would someone kindly let me know if that is what they would suggest please.

Also is there a formula you can work out how much Arimidex to E2 you need,I found one on here which is your weight in lbs divided by 22? Was that it?

I did that and arrived at 9mgs a week for him!

I think 1mg or 0.5mg E3D of anastrozole is a good idea. Taking it won’t reduce the E2 already there mind you but will stop excessive conversion so that levels drop after E2 is metabolized. His levels are almost as high as a fertile female. Any symptoms?

No gyno,just gets hot flashes really bad,no libido and ED also. He is really lean,like less than 6% lean,but bloated stomach and can get really bitchy at times!
