Right after last training i did 10 hours of painting walls and cleaning etc. almost without food, so i was really fucking tired yesterday. Today its better so at the weekend i hope i can do some cardio.

Yesterday another 8 hours of working, moving bags etc. I am quite exhausted.

Need to take few off days, because i fall asleep with my window open in the night.

Few days ago i was moving into another flat,so roughly 8 hours of carrying boxes, bags, moving washing machine and pieces of furniture on my own etc. Feeling strange in new place for 2-3 days, but it gets better :slight_smile:

I had a lot of work last days, but I hope I will be able to go to the gym monday or tuesday.
