Went swimming at an aqautic park with family = loads of fun.

Played paintball today with some friends = pretty cool.

Playing catch with my 22 month old = PRICELESS! We played for about 2 hours. He kept dragging me back to the yard from the grill wanting to throw the ball.

speaking of bee stings, i was stung by a hornet a few times in the head when i was 12. i went into anaphylactic shock and my throat swelled shut before they could get me to the hospital. luckily i was revived before there was (too) much brain damage. i spent the next 5 years getting bee venom shots to build up my immunity. i had to go every two weeks to get a shot in both shoulders. i would then have to sit in the waiting room for thirty minutes to see if i had a reaction. at this time i started lifting weights. i remember the nurse complaining that she couldn’t get the needles through my shoulder muscle. looking back i remember that she didn’t replace the needle after sticking it through the top of the bee venom vial each time.

ironically i didn’t get stung again until i was in my twenties. i have no reaction at all now to bee stings.

slingshot looks like fun, we have a couple of guys using them. kinda like doing a reverse band bench, but you don’t have to drag a crappy bench into a rack.

Quick update

Seated military 205x3 5 sets to the front.

rack pulls from top of knee just belt 675x1 .

andersen partial sqaut (way above parralel) 635x1 just belt.

Had fun all week going after big lifts.

bweight is a steady 229 in morning.
