Some training news.

Lower body highlights 455x5 sumo deadlifts. 1 legged leg press worked up to 250x10

upper body bench press andersen pins right on chest 285x5 2 sets last set (3) got 7

Behind neck press in smith 185x8x8.

bweight after 4 meals fully clothed is 236.

upper body highlights. Military press 5x5 185 last set 8
bench press 295 3x5 andersen pins.(easy)
pullups 24 straight. then added 45lbs got 8.

grappling and boxing 2 days a week.

lowerbody highlights
deadlift 315x20 (sumo)
5 trips 40 yards there and back with 225lbs on the sled sprinting.
4.89 lasered 40 yrd sprint.

bweight 236 after 4 meals.

will start posting more regular when everything calms down. I picked up 10 more hrs a week for a total of 32 hrs a week. i am very happy about this, but hard to go looking for small warehouses for my future gym. Yep you heard it Fischers fitness is hopefully less than 1 year out from opening.

Real fucking busy right now.

Some highlights so far.

In a gym meet we put together horsing around.

Bench press 370
deadlift 480
sqaut 510

all raw with belt and knne wraps for sqauting. Grip still sucks for deadlifting but getting better.

40 yrd sprint 4.80
standing press (strict) 135x17 times no rest no bounce all touch clavicle.
dbell press seated 60x23 times

Bweight 230 after 5 meals.

prowler sprints total of 150 lbs. 5 trips in under 17 minutes. length of basketball court and back.
100 swings total with 50lb kettlebell, 10 left hand,10 right hand till done no rest.

Getting back into pretty good shape now.

Still looking lean and mean. You’ve been doing some serious training. Thats some sick prowler/kb work. I would have been puking after the first trip with the prowler.

I wish 24hr had a prowler. And a space to push it around.

You are closing in on a 1400 raw total. That’s awesome.

1400 total is going to be doubtful due to more weight loss planned on my part.

lower body day.
deadlift rack pulls from 2 inches under the knee.
135x5x2,225x5,285x5,340x5,385x12.
225x10x5.

1 legged leg press 150x7x5
hanging leg raise 5 sets 10.

coditioning. 375lb tire flip 10 times push sled with 150 total basketball court length and back get on kid scooter seated and pull with heels 1/2 court and back . 3 circuits.

So your horsepower to weight ratio is going to increase. There’s a lot of nice work going on in here.

standing press

worked up to 140x16
100x10 bradfords 5 sets last set did 22.
chinups 5x10

barbell curls 85x10 4 sets
jm press in smith 185x14 4 sets

Last friday. 15 prowler pushes with 90lbs loaded on.

monday: Bench press worked up to 275x14
seated row/pec dec fly superset x10 165/115 lbs.
close grip bench 160x10 5 sets.
5 prowler pushes

tuesday: sqaut worked up to 385x8 low box.
single leg leg presses 110x10 5 sets
hanging leg raises 5x10 straight leg
calf presses 3x25 250lbs.

leg strength starting too comeback.

Some catching up.

prowler 22 times this week since monday with 90lbs on sled 1 pass is a basketball courtx2.

Thurs: standing press worked up to 150x10. Still suck at these - fighting nerve damage.

Fri: deadlift worked up to 300x20.

Quick story had a client of mine get through 42 minutes of my Boot camp class with a 30lb vest on before he got dizzy and couldn’t answer questions :slight_smile: (this class involves skipping, javorek complexes, burpees and a Tabata exercise at the end).

seated row/ face pull superset. 175/60x10 5 sets.

closegrip benches 185x10 5 sets
reverse grip curls 65x10.
5 sets.
Lots of Heavy stupid cardio over weekend involving : Tires,sled,farmer walks,stairs,weighted vest and throwing up alot.

Wore a weighted vest on Saturday for 4 hrs doing housework. Wow! Makes doing housework kinda fun and exciting.
