will start posting more regular when everything calms down. I picked up 10 more hrs a week for a total of 32 hrs a week. i am very happy about this, but hard to go looking for small warehouses for my future gym. Yep you heard it Fischers fitness is hopefully less than 1 year out from opening.
prowler sprints total of 150 lbs. 5 trips in under 17 minutes. length of basketball court and back.
100 swings total with 50lb kettlebell, 10 left hand,10 right hand till done no rest.
Still looking lean and mean. You’ve been doing some serious training. Thats some sick prowler/kb work. I would have been puking after the first trip with the prowler.

coditioning. 375lb tire flip 10 times push sled with 150 total basketball court length and back get on kid scooter seated and pull with heels 1/2 court and back . 3 circuits.
prowler 22 times this week since monday with 90lbs on sled 1 pass is a basketball courtx2.
Thurs: standing press worked up to 150x10. Still suck at these - fighting nerve damage.
Fri: deadlift worked up to 300x20.
Quick story had a client of mine get through 42 minutes of my Boot camp class with a 30lb vest on before he got dizzy and couldn’t answer questions (this class involves skipping, javorek complexes, burpees and a Tabata exercise at the end).

Lots of Heavy stupid cardio over weekend involving : Tires,sled,farmer walks,stairs,weighted vest and throwing up alot.
Wore a weighted vest on Saturday for 4 hrs doing housework. Wow! Makes doing housework kinda fun and exciting.
