Hey Bird! Doing well, thanks. I’ve been doing a lot of jump squats while watching the women’s beach volleyball matches. Tell me I’m not the only one. 
And if by “lifting heavy weights” you mean lifting stuff you probably lifted when you were 12 then YEP! Still having fun with it and getting ready to start ballet again in September.
