I just noticed the same thing myself. It’s not a huge difference but noticeable. Not something that warrants a fix to me. Doesn’t worry me.

Just seems to me that testosterone causes growth. And it will affect each area of the body differently

Since starting trt my testicle skin feels much tougher and coarse to the touch? I’m not sure how to describe it but they feel leathery vs before trt when the skin was supple and smooth.

What are the causes of this and possible fixes?

You did know TRT was going to shut down your HPTA, HCG can make the testicles full again, in this case you have to choose your poison if HCG degrades how you feel.

After stopping TRT I noticed my testicles are softer because there’s is LH stimulation.
