Caffeine for the creative and active mind! In one of Poliquin’s question of strength articles he said regular coffee is one of the most chemically laden things to consume, so he strongly recommends to go w/ organic coffee.
I hit the EFAs heavy…3 CLA caps and 4 big fat EFA caps from the frige with every meal and shake…in between meals when I remember a handful of BCAAs or Polquins BCAAs that are heavier in Luecine…
Vitamin C I hit 2-4g a day, and once or twice a week a 50g IV along with B complex, B12, and other goodies…its a miracle worker for sure

Did you get the IV idea from Poliquin? Are you Poliquin Training Certified?
