Too Pumped?

I’m having some issues gents with getting too pumped is certain situations to continue the work for the day, Particularly shoulders and lower back

Currently on
600/wk EQ
750 week test blend( just upped from 500/wk enth)

Looking to add in 300/week masteron enth to start my cut in august.

Do I need to lower the dose to avoid this? Ive tried to Taurine pre/intra workout but it hasnt helped much.

Any pointers would be great. I really like my style of training , Oly Lifts, strength circuits, Think Coach THibs. But the pumps are crippling.

I would believe its the EQ with the effect on RBC. High doses of taurine are meant to help, what amounts are you taking? You could lower the dose or try to work through it, or change up your workouts a bit differently. I find that if i get crippling lower back pumps at one time or another i do the exercises that make it worse towards the end so that i dont have to deal with it the whole workout (i.e. back day i’ll deadlift last, or leg day i will do box/front squats last).
