Thank you for reading the article! He never bashed milk in his article, but simply stated that processed milk in the US is not as ideal as raw milk you find else where.

Why do you have to be anal? Its common knowledge that if raw milk is guaranteed aseptic, it would be better than processed milk.

I always find topics like this very difficult. I have no idea how many oz’s or pints are in a litre so I have no basis for comparison.
U.S. measures in fluid ounces (fl oz):
8 fl oz= 1 cup
16 fl oz= 1 pint
32 fl oz= 1 quart
64 fl. oz= .5 (half) Gallon or 2 quarts or 4 pints
128 fl oz= 1 gallon or 4 quarts or 8 pints

32.5 fl oz= 1 liter

The last measure is an approximation, but close enough to work easily. I also use 33 fl oz. as a measure for 1 liter.

I believe British measures (for ounces) are slilghtly higher, but I could be wrong.

i think it’s complete fucking bullshit the govt’ won’t let raw milk be sold. basically the only way you can get it is to go in with some people and own part of the cow.
In Mass. you can buy raw milk from an organic dairy in South Natick, among other places.

http://www.realmilk.com/where3.html#ma

If you live in eastern Mass., it might be easier to take a weekly trip to southern NH. The Educational Farm at Joppa Hill, 174 Joppa Hill Road, Bedford, NH 03110, sells raw milk (cow and goat) from organic/biodynamic grass fed animals, grass fed beef, pastured pork and poultry. Get there at 9:00 when they milk and you might get it straight from the cow.

You buy the milk by signing up for a weekly subscription. Milk is $3.00 per half gallon jar. You buy the reusable jars and caps for $2.00. The milk is tested regularly by the NH Division of Public Health - Dairy Sanitation.

Two doctors that I used to have told me that.Maybe they know mcuh abotu curing cancer, but they know a little bit, atleast, about health.

Hey man.Do you know if you can buy RAW milk from VA?

evidence for what ? i’ve had it. i’ve used it. it’s so much better it’s like night and day.

croiky it’s like if i said “skiing when it’s sunny is sooo much better than skiing in the rain”

and you’d be all up with your " evidence ?" give it a rest bro.

Swivel, you do realize that in 2005, anecdotal evidence isn’t worth jack.

Some people say that drinking urine has made a night and day difference in their lives.

Scientifically speaking, there really doesn’t seem to be any advantage to raw milk, even if people are convinced that natural implies superior.

From the T-Nation product page for Grow:
“In the simplest words possible, micellar casein is the undenatured form of casein found in raw milk. All of the amino acids are intact, unprocessed and unaltered. They are possibly the most exotic proteins in existence but ironically, they’re destroyed when the milk is processed in any conventional way.”

whatever bro if drinking piss is your thing go to it. i’m not trying to prove anything and i’m speaking for myself: i like raw milk better. what the f else do i need to say ? it tastes alot better and digests alot better. and we should have the freedom to buy/sell it in this country just like you can in every other country on earth. i can walk down the street and buy a pack of cigarettes but a can’t get some fresh milk ? jeeeez-S ! wtf ? that’s all i’m saying.

but if i was trying to say something scientific i would say it’s proven (and common knowledge) that pasteurization kills enzymes, vitamins, and beneficial as well as malevolent flora(in the milk not your stomach for fuck’s sake) because that’s what’s it’s intended to do and if you don’t believe that then a centurie’s worth of pasteurization has been nothing but fraud and i nominate you to head us all up for some massive class-action gold digging. but i know that’s not what you’re saying so i’m not going to bring it up.

geez tool nice find. right there all the time. it’s kinda wierd to me that people, especially on this site, would be so resistant to something like eating fresh food. just damn backward if you ask me.

From a JB article (Defeating Dietary Displacement ):

“Sure, if it were possible to get raw milk that was guaranteed aseptic, it would be better than processed, pasteurized milk.”

Really?because when I looked up the word" retarded " I found a pciture of you.
wufwugy wrote:
