Too Much Milk

I get congested if I drink a lot of milk (not asian). Can’t say dairy has had any other negative side effects on me though. I only drink milk while bulking, and usually don’t have more than one bowl of cereal (after post workout drink)

Why don’t you try cutting milk down/out and see if it helps? Trying it for a week couldn’t hurt

An easy way of testing whether milk gives you problems is to drink a vast quantity of it. Try drink eight pints a day and see what happens.

maybe your doctor was saying your a little lactose intolerent?

right.

are you saying that pasteurized/homogenized milk kills intestinal flora?

are you also retarded?

When did milk start killing intestinal bacteria? Which bacteria are compromised? Where did you read this?

The great Dr.Mel Siff and his opinion on milk.

interesting post fahd as i’ve always thought you were a troll. in fact i’ve thought that you and francisbouillon and kim jong-il or whatever the frick his name is are the same cat. maybe i still do but that is beside the point isn’t it and i enjoyed your post here.

anyway who the heck is dr. mel siff ? guess i’ll go dafs now. i’ve read that a big negative with homogenization is that the fat becomes so small it is able to access the blood , and thus line your arteries, directly through the small intestine whereas in raw milk this is not the case because the fat molecules in there natural state are larger. and for the most part pass right on through. dr mel siff’s note about using goat’s milk goes along w/ this ?

that other link you put up was some quacky shit. i’m just starting to realize there is a huge anti-milk movement out there…what motivates this ? is it just on the bandwagon of being anti-monsanto/corporations controlling our food lobby ? or is it really about having quality food ?

also what fuck is up with “replacement” foods like in this case they’re suggesting soy milk or whatever to “replace” milk. well there is no replacement for milk and no frickn veggie burger will ever replace some nice fat charred meat fresh off the grill and likewise for those tofu fuckin pups. why even try just eat something else . good god i swear these ersatz people are even worse than the proclaimed “un-healthy” products they mean to replace.

back on track i like raw milk. it is sooo much better. i also love raw milk products like cheese and yogurt and butter those are so much better unpasteurized as well. its not even close the quality. actually you can sometimes find non-homogenized yogurt- with the fat all on the top, brown cow for one. that fat alone is maybe the best thing i’ve ever eaten. mix it up w/ some honey and almonds or walnuts and holy shit it’s good. will totally get you laid too as long you tell her it’s super good yogurt and not just the fat off the top of the yogurt.

i think it’s complete fucking bullshit the govt’ won’t let raw milk be sold.basically the only way you can get it is to go in with some people and own part of the cow. but really it’s set up by the fda so there’s no money and too much trouble in it for the farmer and the consumer who would want to sell/buy it if they could.that’s bullshit. there is a company in california that will sell raw milk and ship it to you but they have to freeze it. and what fucking good is that ? i don’t even buy meat that’s been frozen so what the f ?

i’m basically a just hedonist and i like good food, the best. fuck the fda for keepin this good food from us ! it’s amazing all the shit they let us eat but not pure milk where all you have to do is keep it clean.

Thanks… I think. The late Dr. Mel Siff was one of the greatest ever and CT, westside and Elitefts gang had lots of respect for him. If you haven’t read supertraining then please buy the book, its the best investment, ever.

I have no idea why you think I’m a troll, I have 360 posts under my name and most of them deal with training questions. My interests are sports training and powerlifting and that I am a freshman Brittish University Student and will soon be a competitive powerlifter. My first meet is in March and I lift under IPF rules; I will post the videos by then.

And please don’t ever associate me with scumbags Kim and Francis. Its ironic that I was the first on this site to expose their trolling but was being accussed being the same as them.

Fahd

I think the anti-milk movement consists of geniune anti-milk people but most of them have interests in the soy industry.

when saying greatest ever, its good to ammend it with what he was good at.

Human nutrition, or any insight into dairy manufacture was not one of his fields. His entire article is based around the same dumb shit as any notmilk.com fansite

If it wasn’t for chocalate milk, I really don’t know what I’d do with my life.

Drink up.

Thank you for reading the article! He never bashed milk in his article, but simply stated that processed milk in the US is not as ideal as raw milk you find else where.

Mel Siff also had a PhD in physiology specialising in biomechanics so he should know a thing or two about nutrition.

yeah no kidding. and fahd i have no idea why i thought you a troll either. just one of those things i guess, though your avatar certainly isn’t helping. besides i type out my ass half the time anyway. don’t take it to heart, it’s just the internet baby ! and hey to quote the great joey ramone :

HEY ! HO ! LET’S GO RAW MILK !

not verbatim but he did say something like that.

Milk is great. There’s a strong correlation between the amount of milk I drink and the amount of gas I expel. Great stuff.

If I was Joey Ramone, and I liked pastuerised milk, I’d be shitty if somebody tried to use me as a raw milk fan. In fact I think I’d haunt them real bad…while they were on the toilet.

I always find topics like this very difficult. I have no idea how many oz’s or pints are in a litre so I have no basis for comparison.

I could just look it up but that would involve moving my fingers, and I just don’t have that motivation…I’m a true T Man.

Wow.I can hear your heart beating. Heart attack!I can tell you where molested by the preacher when you where 12.Lmao. Here is a hint: learn to read!
