Is it possible to take too many bcaa’s? I am using a whey protein which contains bcaa’s and Biotest’s bcaaa tablets, also the xyience nox cg3 I use before workouts contains some amino acids.
Too much of anything is bad. That said, many coaches here recommend upwards of 30 to 40 g peri workout and practice this as well. I am currently taking 10 before and 20 during with nothing but positive effects.

Did you know when you are eating meat and dairy you are also getting BCAA’s? They are the building blocks of protein and if you are a hard training individual there’s nothing wrong with getting additional amounts for protein synthesis/muscle repair. You are OK.

All protein is composed of amino acids, so you’re nowhere near getting too much.
If you’re consuming 250 g protein a day, you’re essentially getting 250 g of amino acids.
