squatting wide is good for a big squat, but not for big legs…

front squatting with a straight bar sucks ass, i run out of air before my legs give out

front squatting with the harness is more about keeping the harness in place than squatting, and it tore the hell out of my nice shorts

so… i think i’m going to have to move to a narrow stance back squat… yes, thats it

i don’t get it. i feel more fatigued now than when i started my deload.

ford will either start his meet prep for an april meet or be in another state in january, and i’m going to take the opportunity to switch up my training to 4-days/wk, either wsb or an honest to god split… it’s definitely time for a change of pace one way or another.
