Yesterday I was doing front raises with 35 lb dumbbells and when I was done I decided to just throw both of them at the mirror in front of me and it shattered. Then the manager had the nerve to tell me to never do it again and leave the gym. They just don’t understand

Haha Hotcarl does Fike have a dip belt yet? The DB might be too hard to set up as they could let it hit the floor between reps. I would just use bodyweight as that would be the most fair and see how many they could do.
