Psyllium has worked wonders for my digestive system in the past, but it’s widely accepted that it should be taken at least 2 hours before/after any medications as it can affect their absorption. I just wanted some guidance about how I can fit my fat burners in therefore.
- Fat burners generally are taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
- This is usually the best time I’ve taken psyllium in the past, as I’ll be sure to have lots of water throughout the morning at work.
- I could stick with psyllium first thing, then wait for a couple of hours for the fat burner, but then that will make the burner less effective as it’s not on an empty stomach?
- Or I could take the fat burner first thing then wait a couple of hours to have psyllium with my breakfast porridge or after this?
Any guidance from experience or otherwise? (bump)
