Timing Anadrol Dosage

so I’m doing 100mg anadrol along with 350 test, in the 4th week of test and first week of anadrol
I’ve been taking anadrol in 50mg pills and 6 hours in between, purely for mass gaining bulking purposes and I’ve been wondering if I should take all the dose before the workout to hit the weights harder to maximize gains or space it out so it is in my system during recovery to maximize gains?
which one do you think would give me what I want better?

Id take 50 in the morning and 50 at night. Maybe even do 150 and take one in lunch. Taking all at once cant maximize gains as you would end up being actually on anadrol only like 50% of the time.

I agree with Hank. Do you workout in the evenings? If so, 50 in the morning, and 50 about an hour before working out.

Although, I get horrible heartburn from anadrol, and lower body workouts have been ruined from anadrol preworkout.

i just drink a glass of water with a drop of drinking soda in it. Not sure if i know how its in english, but its like a white powder that tastes like fish, when you mix it in water. In latvian its “sōda”.

I don’t think we have that here. We have baking soda, which might help? I think it reduces acidity?

I was taking Prilosec OTC, and about 10 Tums a day lol. I took it for like 5 days and just gave up on it. Now I have about 195 tabs of Anadrol 50 that I won’t use. Been trying to get a trade for it at the gym.

We have baking soda and drinking soda, but it could be the same thing and yes, it just neutralizes acid - we use it as a home remedy for that.

Over the counter stuff doesnt work for me at all. But this soda thing - you can feel how it just kills the acid on the way down

edit - i googled the chemical name, yes its the same as baking soda i guess - NaHCO3
