When does hockey start back up for you?
Thanks bud! Actually, we have our first playoff game tonight at 10! We sucked the first part of the session, but I think have won 4 in a row and ended up with the #4 seed.
Just finished the Adult skills camp that ran once a week from April till now.
Played in the Fantasy game for the camp last Saturday, wrote a little about it in my training log.
Had Warren Peters on my team, you might remember him from playing with the Stars.
Summer league is going ok. Started off slow, been getting some wins now.
Yea man, I gotta get over and check out the old geezer logs sometime! Lol. The brief time Warren was playing for the Stars I wasn’t watching them at that much. The next season is when I started becoming a religious fan!
We won our game so off the the semi-final Saturday.
Started the rule of 50 on some assistance. On another note my hockey team came back from 0-4 to win 5-4 in a shootout and advanced to the championship game!
DB Incline
40 x 8
50 x 5
Rule of 50
45 x 19+15+11=45
Just letting you know that on your recommendations I have finally got my rehband knee sleeves and they are the best thing since sliced bread (and pre-packaged bird seed).

Won 5-4. They made it 5-4 with half a minute left and got a couple of shots on afterwards that our goalie thankfully saved.
No goals for me but I did get an assist when my line mate deflected my shot in.
Honestly, I really think I’ve noticed a generous difference in my game endurance since supplementing beta alanine and citrulline malate. So for anyone interested in those supps, I believe they hold value in both intense cardio and weight training.
Congrats on your victory, my friend! That particular Lord Stanley’s got a fine mug, if I may say so myself.
Just out of curiosity, how are the ice conditions in Texas in the middle of the summer? I can remember things being pretty borderline even in September and April growing up in Canada, so I can’t imagine how the rinks are in the deep south.
Thanks buddy! Depends where you play, but my rink usually does a pretty good job. There is a little bit of a difference in the summer, but overall its kept pretty neat. I would assume there is probably top notch cooling units here in the south. Also, they have a NAHL team that plays there during season so they have to keep the main rink nice at least lol.
