It was 5’s but I accidentally just did 3 for the first 2 work sets. Stopped top set at 10 but still felt very strong. Honestly, it wouldn’t have surprised me if I could’ve done 14 reps. But I was trying to make this week a little easier. Plus, I played a hockey game later, which we lost ![]()

Proud of my squatting! Might couldve had 2 more reps on PR set, but was more than happy with what I got. I was expecting to get 6 before breaking down. If my high bar is improving so much right now, I can’t wait to see what my low bar will be as I get closer to the meet. Also nailed a couple of joker sets.
