Time Off vs. Blood Results

usally go by time on = times off. if your blood comes back within normal range (test,lh,liver ect.) before that time is it ok to start another cyle… for example you do a 12 weeker and after 8 or 9 weeks off blood panel is within normal range, can you “safely” start another cycle ?

Alot of other factors play into this equation as well. The normal time on + PCT = Time off is a good one to follow, but with other factors such as age, goals, and recovery post cycle play a big part in this decision. If your goals are purely recreational, meaning that you are taking PEDs to look better and get stronger for personal reasons, I think the formula stated above is good as well as ample time off after a few cycles, such as breaks for 6 months.

Now if the goals are in the competitive arena, such as bodybuilding, powerlifting, or sports specific, this equation might not be as appropriate, especially if one is 40+ lbs over their genetic limit.

Age may play the biggest factor. Young guys <25 years old should take ample time off in between cycle IMO. Overly suppressing one’s endocrine system under 25 can have many negative side effects later in life, especially where reproduction is concerned.

Having blood work done and seeing where you are at is a great thing. This shows that you take your PED use very seriously. The choice is yours after you answer the questions above. Goodluck
