Hi all, I’ve been off trt for just over 2 months now. About to go back on but just looking for some eyeballs on my thyroid numbers and

I’m not a thyroid expert but the below image may be of use if you convert your FT4 and FT3 ratio to pg/mL. Looks like you’re not optimal thyroid but not too bad out of range.

They look good to me. FT3 is the active form, and you want that number towards the top of range. The values will fluctuate around, so if you’re concerned you can get tested again in a couple weeks to get a better picture. But with those numbers, you most likely won’t get anything out of treatment.
