Thoughts on a short blast for a genuine TRT user?

Hi,

I’m considering upping my TRT dosage for a short bulking blast.

Firstly my TRT is doctor prescribed, I’ve been on for over a year & I run 0.84 per week over 3x a week.

I’m locked in now & all my levels are good.

I’ve worked out for years but before the last year never properly got my training or diet locked so would fall off and never see lasting or meaningful progress.

So I’m still quite small & not near my genetic potential.

Since I started TRT last year something clicked. I started finding I could push myself in the gym, I was training hard & gaining strength. I locked in with my diet too. I don’t just hit a calorie target eating shit, I eat good foods & hit my macros & track & adjust accordingly to my goals.

I obvs don’t need to do this. I’ve made more gains since TRT than i ever did previously but I’m impatient. I’m not stupid I’m not looking to start a crazy cycle but why spend longer for the same result if natural production isn’t a worry.

FYI I’m tested once per 6 months now so I figured after my next test if I increase dose for 8-12 weeks then that gives me 3 months to adjust back to my TRT dose?

I’d really love to hear people’s thoughts to know if I’m justified or if I’m being stupid though and thoughts on my plan.

Look other people will say I’m a POS for recommending this but what YOU WANT is a F’ing blast so do one for 6-8 weeks of Test+Tren+Masteron. It sounds like your already primed for growth so run this and then just be prepared to work hard to keep on growing.

Yeah they’re deffo coming after you for this one.

I’m deffo not feeling tren for my first course tho if you’re not trolling, just thinking maybe moving from therapeutic to super physiological.

You have given zero information.
You have given a volume as your weekly dose.

Nothing regarding age, weight body composition or anything else useful.

Oh my bad mate. 84MG of test per week.

I’m 31, 5’6, 58KG right now & about 14-16% body fat.

You finally got yourself healthy. Enjoy that.

wtf? Half your shit is almost contradicting lol. WTH are you even Saying ? You just said this and then another dosage … what’s your body weight ? 14% ya right . Locked in lol I love how everyone says locked in and “on point” your impatient

I’m self confessed impatient but I’m not sure what contradicts.

I inject 0.14 test cyp @ 200mg per ml week, 3x a week. 14-16% is the best guess I have from asking forums and using the info I have.

Locked in for me is that I can consistently follow a diet and training plan without falling off something I failed to do when I was younger.

I really am enjoying it.

Like I say I don’t need to do it and I appreciate that with consistency I’ll be able to achieve a very realistic physique within a few years.

I just don’t see much of a down side to speeding up that process now that I’m committed to a life of TRT.

I see that you weigh 128lbs (58kg) at 5’6”

Give us some weight and reps of exercises that you are getting stronger.

If you needed TRT to have sufficient testosterone to grow as a normal male would, give it at least 2 years of consistent diet and training before adding AAS. Build a solid “natural” base. I don’t have any confidence in body fat percentage numbers. Pics and the mirror tells the story.

I don’t have a lot saved from when I first started but;

Chest- I was doing 17.5KG for 8-12 reps & now I’m doing 30KG.

Pull ups- I could only manage 3-5 now I do 10 weighted ones at 12.5KG

Bicep curls- I was doing 10KG but now it’s 15KG

Sorry I know that’s a weird selection of exercises and not the usual squat, deadlift, bench I just didn’t have many records going back far to show the progress but every lift whether compound or isolated has went up significantly even when I was cutting from the first photo to the last.

On the BF% I had a PT who used calipers and he said I was 13% but I think that was off. Hard to guage as most examples show guys with more muscle than me.

I’ll attach some photos below.

FYI- I’m currently cutting after a happy festive period with 2 months away. I wanna get down to being a tad leaner before I get back to bulking & putting some size on.

What is the time difference between the bottom photo and the top photo?

About 12 months!

Whatever you are doing, keep doing it. You need to wait for a plateau that lasts about 3 months to consider any change.
