Felt tired before even starting tonights workout and ran out of steam quickly. Decided discretion was the better part of valour and cut it short. I’ll live to fight another day.
No training today, but had a great time at the Masters Strongman World Championship in Belfast. Got a pic with Mark Felix who set a new world record for the Stones Of Strength at the event with 7 reps (I’m the one in the hoodie. LOL).
Also got a pic with Van Hatfield who set a new world record for the log lift today. I decided to keep my shirt on though!
