Thinking about Starting TRT Therapy

I’m new to this forum and I was looking for some advice/insight on starting trt therapy. I have quite a few symptoms from brain fog to low libido and fatigue. I just got my blood work done a few weeks ago and my levels seem on the lower end I’m 31 years old. Any advice would be appreciated if I do start on trt I’m looking at trt nation to get started. Here’s my labs image|231x500

I feel like my total t is on the low side of normal but my free t based off of other standard ranges seems really low not too sure about lab corps reference range

The estradiol for an adult male should be >20 and Free T is subpar. There is a little evaluation in your glucose, glucose being the first biomarker to become elevated when my T starts declining.

There is something you need to understand TRT is not a panacea, if lifestyle factors lead to subpar T and you go on TRT and don’t change your lifestyle, you will feel good temporarily and then later down the road you will find yourself right back where you started.

A word on testosterone levels and age, testosterone doesn’t decline do to age, it declines do to a cluster of medical conditions which lower it.

Testosterone has been forced to be lowered by age. There are still men who are built like men from the past. Great genes, great hormones, great lifestyle, yet age will suddenly dump you on the side of the road. I was always low T and the lack of body hair which is now the opposite shouldve been an indicator, but back in those days TRT was not something the general public knew about. I personally prefer the idea of starting TRT no later than 45-47. This is typically where you want to slow down the aging process. Whether you have issues or not, I would rather prevent them.
