Apologies to the OP for hijacking the topic… but I’m curious too about BBB’s concern against milk. Please share more. If one doesn’t have a lactose intolerance (itself a low probability among those with northern European ancestry), what’s not to like? Seems a good mix of protein, fat, and low-glycemic carbs.
Personally, I recently found a local source to get it raw (i.e., unpasteurized, with all the delicious cream intact–yea, baby!). Mixed with a quality whey protein powder, I’ve fallen in love with milk all over again.

Milk contains a fairly large amount of estrogen compounds, to the point where it is noticeable.
And even if you can digest it fine, its still rough on the system.
And btw, milk has a very large insulin response.
Its good for growth, but it would be better suited if you were on cycle.
You dont need to worry about the estrogen effecting test production, and the IGF increase could be interesting.
Not to mention loads of protein and calories.
