Things That Piss You Off

Scammers.

This is a private chef credit card scam. A client hires you for a vague event, overpays, and then asks you to refund the difference to a third party. The client’s initial payment will bounce, and you’ll be out the money you refunded.

Fuck these people.

Hell yeah!

Warm him up a little. Become friends.

Then take a meat tenderizer to his psyche.

Nothing will happen

@anna_5588 Let’s play syntactic Sherlock Holmes. I think Matthew is Russian/Eastern European.

Fake news

I dunno. They have a hard time with he/she/ her/him.

I’m thinking maybe US based, from an english colonized country.

Also, the “where are you located” denotes a higher level of sophistication. This could just be a bot intro that directs somebody to recieve it and start working you once you’ve responded.

I give them a false location to test it and typically they’ll respond with a location that is relatively close, within 50 miles. Or, a my actual regional location, and they come back with an area I’m familiar with.

Then the fun begins.

How so?

How so? I mean, the violence was very real. What the council woman said- also very real.

So why is it fake news?

I didn’t pick up on that. It’s more about how they tack on a new thought instead of starting a new sentence, and use slightly indirect wording.
