Not a shoe horn. A “Shoulder horn.” It’s a device that you put around your neck and then lift light dumbbells 5lbs-10lbs in a vertical fashion. It has helped, to some degree, everyone that I have seen use it.
Do a google search and check it out. It might prolong your Bench pressing for another few years…before the surgery!
Good post Zeb, I’d like to contribute more but honestly I could write for hours and hours and I just don’t have the time right now. Plus I wouldn’t be getting $ for it
I will say read: Psychocybernetics, Think and Get Rich, and anything by Jim Rohn if you’re looking to change your life and/or do some self-help.
And also How to Win Friends and Influence People.
(I’m leaving literature and religious works out on purpose)
One should always be reading, BTW.

Shouldn’t you just give up benching? WHy prolong doing an exercise that is hurting you, has hurt tons of people before you and will hurt tons after you?
If you don’t have the body structure to do it safely and you’re not a competitive PLifter, drop it.

1 more thing- don’t get married to an exercise just because its popular ,a nd if something has hurt you, why TF keep doing it?!
