Why not start somewhere? From what I’ve learned from this site, most of the dudes don’t even know any black people. Their entire view of culture or styles is based off of the same crap we are discussing now. To put it simply, I’m tired of fighting the good fight on the internet. As you know we have to deal with this kind of bullshit on a regular basis. On various forums I used to correct and shame people who said such ignorant things, e.g., the bleaching dreads comment. However, in my experience people will either…
A) Defend their ignorance for the remainder of the thread…or until someone posts tits.
or
B) Act like they understand where you’re coming from but still make ignorant comments the next chance they get. (for the lulz I guess)
I see enough ignorance in my personal life. First and foremost I come here to learn not to educate. When I’m not reading the training forums I just mess around on GAL and SAMA. That’s why 95% of my post are random and silly.
