The percentages comment is not really aimed at the article but at the world of studies in general.
percentages and statistics are used to obscure and bend information.
You can make something sound more significant than it is.
Ive read the study. You must consider though that alcohol dehydrates you, lowers testosterone levels, and can dump plenty of calories into you. I love alcohol, but I havent had a drink in a year after studying into it.
