I enjoyed reading the first edition of “The World Is Flat” by Thomas Freidman. I understand he has updated editions.
Has anyone read these new editions and would it be worth while to purchase/read? Thanks
I read the updated edition, it’s pretty good. Lot of good insight.
One thing that was funny though: in one of the later chapters he says something along the lines of ‘the world is not flat: yes, I said it, the world is not flat’
I thought by him saying that it contradicted the title/meaning of the book, but I don’t remember exactly what context he was using it in.
Good book nonetheless.
